Returning Your BrickBox Club Package
Please dismantle your borrowed LEGO® set down into individual pieces.
Place all of the LEGO® parts, including the instruction book into the appropriate sealed bags provided.
Bigger pieces that will not fit into the sealed bags, like baseplates, are to be placed directly back into the parcel box.
Apply the pre-paid returns postage label that came with the set on the outside of the box over the top of the existing postage label.
Inside the box is a strip of tape for resealing the Australia Post parcel box. Seal the box with the tape provided, or use your own tape as necessary to secure the package.
Take the parcel box to your nearest Australia Post office and deposit the parcel to be sent back to us.
Login to BrickBox Club and go to your Borrow Dashboard. Click the 'I Have Returned All Sets Button'.
Once we receive your return, we’ll check it in and email you to let you know you can choose your next set(s).
