Oops! We understand accidents happen. Sometimes we don't know our own strength, or a brick flies off the table and is eaten by the couch.
Please contact us by sending an email to support@brickboxclub.com.au and describe which pieces are affected.
If you've misplaced one or two pieces, especially if those pieces are standard LEGO® pieces, we may be able to replace it with no extra charge to you. If you have lost under 10 grams of standard LEGO® pieces, we may be able to replace it with no extra cost to you.
If the missing/broken pieces are non-standard LEGO® pieces, or if there are 10 grams or more missing, we will charge you the cost price of the replacement pieces and an administration fee. This is to ensure the next person who borrows the set is able to complete their build. Once any outstanding balances have been paid, you will be free to borrow another set - no question's asked!
